Before your session:

You and I will have a 10-20 minute meeting (virtual or in person) ahead of the shoot to make sure I understand your goals for the session.  We will also review some of the best practices for getting the most out of our upcoming session.

In addition we may text back and forth to confirm outfits or other style choices between our first meeting and the shoot date.  

During your session:

The first 15 minutes

Let you get settled and acclimated to the studio, discuss and confirm our goals for the session, review the process, and take some test shots to while I adjust the lighting so that it is perfect for you.

The time in the middle (50-60 minutes on a standard session)

We make great images, varying from serious to silly and everything in between.  You can expect us to take ~200 images total as we work through different looks and expressions.

The last 15-20 minutes

We will do a preliminary review of the images we captured to highlight our favorites.  Then we will review what happens next so you know what to expect.

After your session:

Within 2 business days I will provide you with a set of final proofs via an online portfolio.  This portfolio is private to you, though you can share it with others if you like.  The images in this proof portfolio have basic editing done and you will select your 2 favorites from each look for me to perform final edits on.  My goal is to have those turned around within 3 business days after you make your selections.  

Once the final images are ready I will provide them to you via a download.  This download contains social sharing sized images and large web-friendly versions suitable for printing up to 8x10.  If you have a need to print your images in a large format, such as poster size, please contact me to discuss options.
